Our offer

We create products of many different kinds and for many different industries. Everything from small items to large units, from simple everyday products to large industrial products with complex technical specifications can be blow molded. Examples include but are not limited to, bottles, petrol tanks, tubing and containers of various size and type.

Blow molding is a cost-effective method of producing all of the products mentioned above in addition to being an advantageous method of substituting other production methods. Pipes made of steel for example, can many times be produced more advantageously using blow-molding, something that we have excellent experience of. Common denominators for our products are:

  • LEAD
  • PROTECT
  • PRESERVE

A lot of industries make use of blow-moulding

You can find products with cavities for conducting, protecting, or storage pretty much everywhere.
Our method of manufacturing is used by, among others, the automotive industry, plumbing and ventilation, white goods manufacturers, and manufacturers of various types of machinery and gardening tools. Read more about some of them on the right

A sustainable choice

Metal tanks and containers as well as pipes and ducts of various types can usually be replaced with a blow-moulded plastic version. A blow-moulded plastic version made by us, with a focus on sustainability at every stage, has a lower climate impact than the corresponding metal version. The lower weight of the item can also contribute towards lower emissions during transit.

We always offer recycled materials as an alternative when technically possible. By choosing recycled materials for your product, you can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by up to 75%.

From start to finish

Idea

In the idea phase, we’re happy to join in and contribute with our knowledge of technical processes so that, as early as possible, we can find the right direction for the product. We like to give a short training course (approx 2h) on the process in order to give you an understanding of the basics. These courses can be adapted and developed with the customer to meet their individual requirements. The better the customer understands our processes, the better the partnership will be.

Concept

In the concept phase, together with the customer, we carry out a functional analysis which will be the basis for further brainstorming. We contribute with our experience and, along with our sister company within the group, we can suggest the most cost-effective solution with respect to manufacturing technology. In addition to blow-moulding, we’re also able to offer rotational moulding, injection moulding, 3D printing and precision processing in plastic, among others.
We have both internal and external resources for 3D modelling on various CAD systems. In collaboration with our suppliers, we also produce calculations and analyses for physical properties, durability, and processability.

Calculation of carbon footprint

In collaboration with an independent party, we have developed a model for calculating the carbon footprint of the products we manufacture. With the help of this, we can calculate the size of your product's climate footprint from raw material production and delivered to you so that you can compare with manufacturing in other materials or at another supplier.

Prototype

In the prototype phase, we’ll help with the development of both free-form (3D printing, SLS modelling) and tool-bound solutions. We use these for function testing both for ourselves and the customer, but also to validate the ideas and solutions we developed in the concept phase. We 3D scan a lot of prototypes but we’re also able to carry out coordinate measurements on them for verification.

Production

Our production consists of blow-moulding as the main process. To this we often add at least 2-3 follow-up processes to refine the product as much as we can. We carry out processing in various forms such as milling, drilling, punching and more, on many of our items. We also take care of purchasing and installing additional components to achieve a complete end product. Quality assurance, packaging, and delivery are always included in our obligations.

We currently have 35 blow-moulding machines and can handle a lot of variety among the items we produce. The smallest products we produce weigh no more than 10g. The biggest weighs approx 15kg. The thinnest item is no more than 0.5mm, while the thickest is nearly 10mm in wall thickness.
We work mostly with HDPE and PP, but also in other plastics, such as PA, PA+GF and TPE. During the process, we take care of any material waste that occurs, right by the machine. We use recycled materials of both HDPE and PP, from both Industrial Waste and Consumer Waste.

Optimisation

We believe that a long-term partnership is like any other relationship. The more you nurture it together, the better it gets. For this reason, we aim to suggest proactive, new solutions and improvements to existing products in order to get a little bit better every day, along with the customer. Examples of suggestions that help us to improve every day could be upgrades of materials and processes or cost optimisation with respect to both processing and logistics solutions. If we can come up with new products and ideas together that strengthen ourselves and the customer, as well as our partnership, we’re more than happy.
